Tammy's movement practice is informed by her training in contemporary dance, Pilates and experiential anatomy. They are interested in developing a practice that is integrative, creative and expansive. They offer a range of classes that tailor towards the individual/group.

Classes & Workshops

Pilates (Matwork) - a series of exercises designed to improve core strength, posture and general well-being. It is a low-impact form of exercise that is suitable for everyone regardless of their level of fitness levels/mobility and can be tailored to individuals whether they are chair-bound, experiencing an injury or professional dancers. Tammy's classes are informed by her dance training and interest in functional movement. Classes are offered on a group or 1-2-1 basis.

Through Movement - a workshop based on experiential anatomy that centers our experiences to orientate, inquire and create. "Through movement" involves moving/dancing, mark-making, writing and more; as a creative tool that leans on the innate intelligence of our bodymind, and encourages self-agency.
