I am an Artist, Facilitator, Performer, and Feldenkrais Practitioner from Hong Kong, now based in Leeds/Bradford.

I believe in work that engages, includes, cares and understands(-ing).

My practice is a garden that (metaphorically) grows and decomposes, often takes shape as dancing, embodied writing, collaging, improvising; collectively and alone.

Most recently, I am performing in Izzy Brittain's "The Smalls", exploring the magical microworld of soil animals with children and their grown-ups.

I produce for Yorkshire Dance's Company of People, an intergenerational performance company based in Leeds. In 2025-26, the company devised "Wild Hope" and presented as part of Ageless Festival at the Leeds Playhouse.

I am a Feldenkrais Student Teacher, training with Feldenkrais International Training Centre (Sussex 13). I offer Awareness Through Movement (ATM) and Functional Integration (FI) lessons.
